These are the alternates for each event.
There will be a list at the check-in table so the alts listed will be issued wrist bands.

Here's how the alternates work...

1. In the case of a scratch in a "B" heat/flight:
The top alt from the Division of the scratched athlete gets into to "B" heat/flight

2. In the case of a scratch in an "A" heat/flight:
The top athlete in the "B" heat/flight, regardless of division is moved into the "A" heat/flight
The top alt from the Division of the scratched athlete gets into to "B" heat/flight
