Serra's Marcus Chandler, Vista's Justin Neuroth and Monte Vista's Jon Rankin close fast to take the top three spots in a tactical 1600 at the Masters Meet. The winning time was 4:21.28 after a slow first half. All three runners return next year. Chandler later ran 4:15.77 in the state finals.
